I’m looking for one female to temporarily take my room in my lovely two-bedroom ground-floor flat in Leeds while I’m travelling for around 4–5 months.

You’ll be sharing the flat with my existing female lodger. She has her own ensuite bathroom, which means you’ll have the main bathroom to yourself.

The flat is in a lovely, peaceful location close to the canal and comes with a parking space included in the rent.

The room includes:

• Empty wardrobe for your clothes and belongings

You’ll also have:

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Only one other person living in the flat

Rent: £580 per month + bills.

Bills are usually around £155–£170 per person per month.

This is my home and I’m only travelling temporarily, so some of my personal belongings will remain in the flat while I’m away. However, the wardrobe in the bedroom will be empty and available for you.

The room is for one person only.

We keep the flat as a peaceful, female-only home and I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and reliable and who will treat the home with care. We also keep the home as a women-only space, including visitors, so it is important that you’re comfortable with this arrangement.

This would be ideal for someone coming to Leeds temporarily for work, a placement, studies or simply looking for a comfortable home for a few months.

Available: 6 November 2026
Length of stay: approximately 4–5 months
