Description
A lovely modern furnished house with really nice friendly house mates.
I am opting to move out due to taking on a new job.
Not to far from city centre if needed or burley train station. Bus is easy to get in order to travel.
The basement room has its own bathroom directly next to it of which will only really be used by you as it’s the only bedroom down there.
It’s a mixed house with 2 girls and 2 boys all working professionals that have left university a year ago.
Anymore questions please feel free to ask
