I'm looking for a friendly and tidy housemate to share my lovely 2-bedroom home in Middleton, Leeds!

I'm a working professional in my late 20s, working as a Data Engineer. I'm quite sociable and enjoy going out, travelling, spending time with friends and having a chat, but equally appreciate a chilled evening at home. Ideally, I'm looking for someone friendly and similar.

The house has a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, conservatory, shared bathroom and driveway parking.

The double bedroom comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe, with the option to add a chest of drawers if needed.

The property is located in Middleton, approx 15-minute drive from Leeds city centre, with good bus connections and easy access by car.

All bills are included in the rent, making things nice and straightforward!

Ideally looking for someone needing a short-term stay, but I'm open to longer-term arrangements for the right person. Happy to discuss what works!
