my current flat mate is moving out, so you’ll be swapping mid-tenancy (renewal in March) with him and sharing the home with me - a 33 year old professional working in the digital marketing and content in the mens fashion industry. i am a respectful, clean flatmate and would like to find someone who is friendly and happy to share the home and is also respectful, and tidy who is chill and will clean up after them selves and look after the property and amenities. Share cleaning communal areas with me for example. I enjoy socialising and going for beers to the local pubs and bars and also chilling and watching a series or a film. I also enjoy time to myself and switching off from work and chilling watching a series in my room. During the week I mostly keep myself to myself and like cooking dinner, relaxing and watching something after work.
NOT looking for someone that is looking for a batchler pad to have party’s, have loads of friends round, random people and play loud music etc. I’m not looking for any noisey tenants. and lastly if your looking to use this as your office and working from home 5 days a week, I am afraid this won’t be suitable.
I will use the living room space sometimes on a weekend to shoot videos and pictures for my Instagram. Projects that I do outside of my full time job. Just something to note! But I would give you notice first.
