Double bedroom available only for a full time student on Campus of University of Leeds close to Leeds City Centre
- only 5 minutes walk to enter your university building;
- only 10 minutes walk to Leeds Beckett
- only 18 minutes walk to The Headrow City centre.
The rent is £485 monthly rent in a very nice and quiet location + electricity bill to be paid in your name as proof of address. You will be paying £50 for the electricity bill that will be your amount to pay monthly and the extra amount exceeded £50 will be shared between the other tenants and paid to you.
For example: if your electricity bill is £110 monthly to pay, your amount to pay is £50 monthly and the remaining of £60 will be shared in between the other tenants and paid to you.
Same will be also with the gas bill and water bill that will be in the other lodgers' name. If they exceed £50 monthly you will need to pay to them the amount exceeded shared with the other lodgers.
The electricity is with British gas and it is on smart meter that is cheap and you will pay a fixed price during your tenancy.
All the other bills are included: gas, water and council tax. Wifi is not provided because the other tenants prefer using their mobile data on their phones or having free access of University of Leeds Wifi using their username and password if they are students at University of Leeds.
Fully furnished available only from 20th September 2026 for full academic year until 20th July 2027.

The bathroom is shared. There is a modern bathroom with hydromassage, cupboards, sink, bide and toilet.
The bedroom is fully furnished and it has own TV and own fridge and freezer. Available only for full time students at university who can be a single student or a couple who are students at university.
A month deposit is requested that will cover your rent during your last month tenancy if you don't have any damages in your bedroom and in the shared areas. I am a landlord living out.
