Double bedroom available in a privately owned, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Leeds city centre. Comes with a spacious kitchen/living room area with a large, wrap-around balcony with lovely views of the city in a fantastic location.

The room has become available because one of my closest friends has just moved out, after living with me for several years. I was due to have another friend take the room, but they had to pull out for personal reasons - so I need someone in asap!

The flats got everything you need from a furniture standpoint. The pictures are from about 2 years ago but everything included is still here. I have an ensuite in my room, so the main bathroom (with working shower/bath, sink and bathroom cabinet incl.) is essentially yours. Bedroom comes with a double bed, cabinets, shirt rack and mirror. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and oven with stove. Your room also comes with its own TV.

Additionally, the flat sits on the top floor of an apartment building, with a large, wrap-around balcony and excellent view of the city centre. Absolutely lovely when the weather's nice!

There's no parking spot included, unfortunately, but you're a 5 min walk away from the town centre, Merrion Street is very close-by, The Brunswick pub + some restaurants are about 30 seconds up the road

It's absolutely ideal for anyone working in St Jimmy's Hospital or the LGI, as they’re both about a 10 min walk away. But it's really just perfect for anyone who works in the city and wants to live in the city as well!

Keep in mind you'll be living with myself, but I won't be around all the time and am pretty relaxed myself (32 years old, working professional, partner lives outside of Leeds). All I ask is you're clean, respectful, not difficult to live with and don't mind if I've got a friend over every now and then.
