Most tenants are medical students, others in phD or final year. Overall a friendly house who love to talk but not looking for people who drink or party at home, and woukd ljke a female tenant

19 mins walk from Leeds train station
8 mins from Co-op

The tenancy-
The tenancy for this house runs till June 30th 2027. Looking for someone to fill the room from ASAP until then

Council tax band D.
This would normally be £2,271.51 but due to all other tenants being students and so exempt, this would be £ 1,703.63 annually to be covered by any non-student tenants alone. Any student tenants would also be
exempt though, as per normal

Parking-
No driveway but street parking available with residential parking permit that covers a fairly large area
