These bills will be shared and divided between the other tenants if they are over £50 monthly.
The Wifi broadband is free from University of Leeds Campus to log in with username and password as full time student and each tenant will use mobile data on their phones.

- 5 minutes walk to University of Leeds
- 10 minutes walk to Beckett University
- 18 minutes walk to Headrow Leeds City Centre.
The bedroom is all furnished and it has own wall mounted TV and a fridge and freezer.
One month deposit is required that will cover your last month rent of your tenancy agreement if you don't have any damages in your bedroom and in the shared areas.
