My current roommate is expected to move out by 20 November 2026, hence I’m looking for a roommate to restart a 1 year tenancy agreement with! It’s a stunning flat. The room up for grabs is a large bedroom with 3 huge windows & the only downside being that it’s a shared bathroom.
I have 2 cats which building management and the landlord is aware of too.
Looking for someone likeminded (girlboss pls), respectful and clean. Ideally meeting a new friend in the process!
The building in itself is absolutely stunning & spacious: it’s right in the centre of Leeds and a 4 mins walk from the station.
Rent (£1200pm) /council tax D/wifi/energy (fixed tariff)(water included in rent) all comes to around £780 per person, per month.
