One Ensuite of Leonardo

I am planning to move to another apartment and am currently looking for someone to take over my spot. The apartment is located in Leeds city center, just a three-minute walk from supermarkets such as Morrisons and Tesco, as well as Chinese grocery stores. It is a ten-minute walk to the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University. The room is on the 10th floor, offering an unobstructed view, and the shared living area within the flat is spacious. The building features amenities like a gym, and the reception staff are very friendly. This accommodation is for students only; the current flatmates are all Chinese—including myself, there are three males and four females. Everyone is quiet and respectful, and we are looking for a new flatmate who is also respectful and easy to communicate with. The incoming student will need to apply for a Council Tax exemption themselves (provided they meet the UK's exemption criteria).
