Looking for a replacement housemate.

I am sadly leaving Leeds so am looking for someone to take my room.

It's a spacious house with two spare rooms (one home office, one music room), lovely living room and kitchen, two toilets, a utility room and a basement for storage. It is located right on Blenheim square which is a super nice green space and has a small front and back garden.

Housemates are all mid / late twenties guys who like cooking for each other and watching films at the house but also going out to gigs etc. Location is right next to uni of Leeds so would be perfect for Phd student.

I am looking for someone to take over my room ideally mid December / early January.
