Luddendon near hebden bridge rental

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful person to share my lovely two-bedroom stone house in Luddenden for around 6 months.

One of the nice things about the setup is that you’d have your own private sitting room and beautiful stained-glass window — a cosy space to relax, read or have some time to yourself. There’s also a separate study room which you’d be welcome to use if you work or study from home.

The house has a big garden and large digging/growing area, and lovely neighbours in a friendly village. It’s an old stone house with plenty of character (and a few quirks!).

The rent would be £700 a month including bills. I’ll be away for a reasonable amount of time over the coming months, so there will be periods when you’ll have the house largely to yourself.

When I’m home, I’m sociable and enjoy cooking, baking and getting outdoors, so I’d be very happy to share the occasional meal, cup of tea or glass of wine if you fancy it. Equally, I’m keen for you to feel that the house is your home too, rather than feeling like you’re living in someone else’s space.

I’m clean and tidy and would be looking for someone who is similarly respectful of the house and happy to look after it while I’m away. I’d particularly like someone who enjoys the outdoors, whether that’s walking, cycling, climbing, gardening or simply making the most of Yorkshire — although that’s certainly not essential.
