Hey, we are Robyn (they/ them) and Eash (she/ her), two queer folks in our early 30s looking for a third housemate to complete our home in Meanwood.
It's £400pcm and bills are £147pcm (gas/electricity/water/council tax/internet/TV license). It's a 5 bed house with 3 bedrooms and then two spare rooms (1 for drying clothes/storage and the 2nd as an office/2nd hang out space and storage). There is a cosy living room and 1 bathroom. Landlord is really quick with fixing stuff. Storage for bikes downstairs.
Situated in the alleyway behind Dawat - very close to Aldi, Waitrose and Meanwood park.
Eash:
I am pretty active and play football, climbing, badminton and like getting out for walks. I’m very busy during the week and am out most evenings/weekends. When at home, I like to either chill in my room or use the living spaces to watch TV or play board games etc.
Robyn:
I love cycling, going hiking/walking and getting out in nature. At home I really enjoy cooking, baking, reading, watching TV and listening to podcasts. I can be quite busy during the week and may be away some evenings and weekends.
