Cosy & spacious home in Meanwood

Hey, we are Robyn and Eash (both she/her). We are a friendly pair in our 30s looking for a third housemate to complete our home in Meanwood.

It's £450pcm and bills are approx £135pcm (gas/electricity/water/council tax/internet/TV license).

It's a 5 bed house with 3 bedrooms and then two spare rooms (1 for drying clothes/storage and the 2nd as an office/2nd hang out space and storage).

There is a very cosy living room and 1 bathroom. Storage for bikes and camping gear etc downstairs.

Situated in the alleyway behind Dawat - very close to Aldi, Waitrose and Meanwood park.

Landlord is really quick with fixing stuff.

Eash:
I am pretty active and enjoy playing football, climbing, badminton and getting out for walks. I’m very busy during the week and am out most evenings/weekends. When at home, I like to either chill in my room or use the living spaces to watch TV or play board games etc.

Robyn:
I love cycling, going hiking/walking and getting out in nature. At home I really enjoy cooking, baking, reading, watching TV and listening to podcasts. I can be quite busy during the week and may be away some evenings and weekends.
