I’m looking for a female roommate between ages 20s/30s. Double room for rent in heart of meanwood area with inbuild closet. Less than 10mins walk to meanwood town centre/ meanwood park, loads of fantastic amenities like dry cleaners, restaurants, Waitrose, aldi, kfc, greggs, great local bars with beer gardens, local cafes, wine shop, charity shops. Short drive (parking available at the house) or 15 min bus ride into Leeds city centre, the bus stop is directly outside the house. The house has 3 bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom is currently used as a guest room/ office space, you’d be welcome to use it for storage and occasionally however its current use is my home office.

The property is fully equipped with all amenities including dishwasher/washing machine, grill, fan oven, gas stove, tall fridge, freezer all brand new as it is a new build house(less than 2 years). There is also garden access which is recently landscaped.

The property is fully furnished with bed and resides on the new Taylor wimpey vision development. There is a car parking space should you need it. All bills are included.

About me: I’m a single professional in her 30s working in the city centre 9-5 mon to Fri, am pretty laid back, like to be in most evenings but have my own plans, will make reasonable accommodations for any lodger but I am looking for someone also fairly relaxed.

Important. I have a 5 year old snow bengal so someone who is not allergic and happy to live with a cat is essential.
