House share in Meanwood - £500pcm (incl. bills)

We have a housemate moving out so are looking for someone to take their room. We’d be looking for someone to move in mid-March, but if that doesn’t suit you let us know we’ll see if we can do something.

It’s a 3 bed terrace house close to central meanwood and really great location. Easy on street parking, right next to the buses, 5 minutes walk from Meanwood and 10/15 from Headingley.

The house also has a spare room getting used as an office, but plenty of space for another desk if you’d be working from home, or storage if not.

Bills are being sorted out between us, and comes to £500pcm. That includes rent, Gas & Electric, water, wifi and council tax (Band C).
