Room in friendly 3 person house near Meanwood Park

We have a room that has become available in our houseshare in Meanwood. An existing tenant is moving out after buying her own house in the area.

The house is well located just around the corner from Meanwood Park. There are bars and restaurants nearby and supermarkets (Aldi and Waitrose) just a short walk away. It's a nice quiet area with a mix of families/professionals. There are also two bus routes not far away to take you into Leeds city centre and Headingley is about a 15 minute walk away too.

The room/house:
The room is a double room on the ground floor at the back of the house with an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). We have a shared kitchen/diner and living space which is a decent size for three people. It's never felt crowded living here due to the layout of the house. There is also a garage that can be used for storage. The garden at the back is lovely in the summer.

We have a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer to use as well as the standard things you would expect. There are two car parking spaces outside the house, and there is plenty of additional parking in the car park outside.

About us and what are we looking for:
I (Monika) have been living here for 2.5 years and work as an educator in museums. Joanne moved 3 years ago and works at the arts university. We are both sociable and enjoy a chat, but also appreciate each others need for space. Neither of us are particularly late night/party people and we are looking for someone whose partying days are over and is looking for a nice place to call home. We keep the house clean and tidy and would want a housemate who would feel the same. We each have our own interests but have also found a couple of shows that we enjoy watching together and would like a likeminded person to join the house. We enjoy hanging out together and often watch TV or play board games in the evening.
