Double room with own bathroom in heart of Meanwood

My flatmate is unfortunately moving out so looking for another young professional girlie.

It’s a gorgeous top floor flat with street parking near by. Bills are around £150 each a month although we don’t currently pay for WiFi so this may increase slightly. There is lots of transport links buses into town ect and it is next to the shops and bars in Meanwood. Each of us have our own bathroom so just a living room and hallway to keep tidy.

I’m ideally looking for some who’s tidy, friendly and would be easy to get along with similar interests. I’m quite a busy person and active getting up early for the gym or playing hockey so I would like someone who is similar! I work in the centre of Leeds and go into the office most days but occasionally work from home.

For the flat, there may be the opportunity to move in earlier than the current date but referencing ect with the letting agents is going to need to be in the process by end of November due to the notice period currently on the flat. If this didn’t end up happening in time, I would be happy to look at other 2 bed places if you have options !!!
