Large, light double room in Meanwood

I have a large, double attic room to rent (bills included) in my lovely 4 bedroom house near the centre of Meanwood.
The house
I’ve lived here for 7 years and love the location - I’m 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Meanwood with its supermarkets, bars and restaurants, close to the park and a short walk from Headingley too! There’s road parking behind the house on a quiet road and getting a space is never a problem. We’d share the kitchen/diner, living room and bathroom, I also have some outdoor space which I share with the flat in the basement too.
About me
I’m a friendly and chilled housemate, though my hobbies wouldn’t necessarily suggest that - I’m quite intensely into fitness and much of my time is spent running or at the gym (I’m about to start training for my next marathon). When I’m not doing that, I’m spending time with friends or family or watching TV (I have to rest sometimes!). Obviously just watched Traitors, also Taskmaster, Bake Off, Pottery Throwdown (I’m seeing a pattern here now…), crime procedurals, anything to turn my brain off after I’ve tired myself out 😌
I normally work from my home office on Mondays and Fridays and in the office in the city centre the other weekdays.
I have two very cute indoor cats, Lenny and Carl, who are the absolute best ☺️ Carl is a lap cat and Lenny is a nervous little thing who lives for tail taps and the laser pointer 😂
I’d like my potential housemate to be chilled too and like cats of course. I don’t have many requirements - just a good person who I get along well with. I generally get on with most people and have had two brilliant housemates since letting out the room, so I’m hoping to continue the track record!
The room
The room is a large attic room and comes furnished with a bed, two shelving units, a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. There is another bedroom in the attic which can be used for guests staying/storage or working from home if needed.
