Double room in lovely cosy home in Methley

Hello ☺️ I am looking to rent out my spare room in my lovely two bed home in Methley. The property has a private garden, driveway parking and my cat, Sylvie who is three.

I am a support worker and work in the office/on visits most weekdays but sometimes work from home. I am looking to rent to a professional female around the same age as me. I hope I can offer a safe and welcoming home to somebody who wants to live in the area ☺️

Methley is a cute village in South East Leeds, it is well connected to Leeds centre by bus (the house is a few minutes walk from the bus stop) and the closest stations are a few minutes drive away, at Castleford or Woodlesford.
