I'm looking for a clean, respectful housemate to share this really big home with! The room up for grabs is huge and newly renovated. Note: The decor is different after being modernised, photos don't do justice! Come for a viewing.

The room is part furnished (comes with a bed and a wardrobe, with 2 drawers). There's also a built in closet. There's lots of open space, big open plan living room and kitchen. Lovely new bathroom and additional downstairs toilet. Huge kitchen space, that is very under utilised tbh (I'm not good at cooking!) and 3 gardens to front back and side with a driveway.

AMENITIES: On street parking, 2 minute walk to bus stop that is direct route to town centre and into the train stations. 5 min walk to Co-op, 10 minute walk to all amenities inc, Sainsburys, Homebase, Argos, library, David Lloyds gym, pub and close to bars, restaurant's and shopping in lovely Chapel Allerton.

The area is a perfect balance between being in suburbs and close to the action.

ME:
I'm a 34 year old person (she/they) who likes to get tucked into community work. I'm queer and work as a drag king on the side, which is super joyful, subversive and silly. I'm always in a keffiyeh and looking for folks who are on the same page (pro-Palestine etc). I'm sober so would also love to live with someone considerate to that (e. g. no smoking in the house, no booze in shared spaces). Also, cleanliness is a must!
