Double room close to shops, bars, public transport

I have my own business and work from my cellar. I have a 7 year old rescue chocolate labrador called Buddy. My house is a mid terrace in Morley, 5 mins walk to morrisons, bars and shops. Good bus links to the city center, 10 min walk to the train station and a short train journey to Leeds train station. There is on street parking and I have really lovely neighbours. The room is a double, with wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bed. All bills are included.

I am looking for someone who is very clean and tidy, and fairly quiet. Someone who shares similar interests would be fab but not essential. I love the cinema, all types of music, going out for food, being outdoors with my dog, going to the gym, cooking, reading, watching football or any sports.
