I have one double bedroom for rent, in a very well maintained and decorated apartment. At the moment it is used as an office. It can be rented unfurnished or furnished( please note rent price might slightly rise if required furnished - if required furnished double bed ,matters and wardrobe will be provided)
There will be a shared bathroom, kitchen and living space for your use.
I can't accept any remote workers as I do work remotely myself.
There are parking spaces in front or at the back of the property. The bedroom is located on the second floor flat.
Great location to all transport links (within walking distance of the train station and all bus routes)
It is very close to Morley Town centre and few supermarkets.
The security deposit is required and it will be equivalent to the month worth of rent.
In the rent all bills are included.
