Double room with en-suite and canal view

I have for rent a lovely double room with en-suite and access to first floor patio that overlooks the canal. It is in a bright, easy to heat modern house. It has a comfortable bed and is easy to keep warm.

It is north facing but if you prefer, you can rent my south facing front bedroom which has a bathroom with bath and show right next door. This is a little cheaper, at £550 pcm.

There is a light and generous sized living space with a wood burning stove. This isn’t the regular heat source. The house has gas central heating. However, it is lovely on a wet winter’s day.

There is a small but fully equipped kitchen area with microwave and dish washer.
There is a utility room with a washing machine on the ground floor.

Cost includes most bills, including fortnightly cleaning (she will leave your room if you prefer).
However, I am putting a £100 pcm cap on gas and electricity. (This is more than I generally use).

Gas and electricity expenses above that are extra. I will provide one bag of logs to start you. Please only use purchased kiln dried logs in the wood burner.

There is a parking space for one car and a gravelled area for a guest just outside the house.

I will only be letting out one room, either the sunny front room or the en-suite rear room with patio access.
