The En-Suite room is in a clean and tidy 3-bed semi-detached house (downstair) which has been decorated and furnished to a high modern standard. The room is very spacious including an extra space outside the bedroom for working or (and) dinning. The kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area were modernised three years ago. The house is protected by CCTV cameras.

The house is located in a semi-rural village (a very quiet and countryside place), with around 3 miles out of the city centre. There are also great transport links to the centre areas, and only a 3-min walking distance to food stores or public parks.

A safe off-street parking space is provided. No smoking and alcohol drinking. Council tax and Internet are included. A full-time professional preferred.

Short stays are considered. £200 per week including all bills.
