The lovely double room (no 3 on the plan) has plenty of storage, a tv point and a desk. You would be sharing a warm and clean home with friendly professionals. Off street parking is available along with safe bike storage. Rent of £510pcm includes the bills, Virgin internet and a regular clean of the shared areas. The house is strictly no smoking although you are very welcome to smoke outside. Please note that the room is unsuitable for dogs and cats but we are happy to consider other pets.
