Looking for a lodger to share a well-presented home in Rastrick, with me Eva. I'm a singer and often out gigging, so you'd have plenty of space and quiet to yourself, but I love having someone around who's into music too.

The room: A double bedroom with a comfy double bed and great natural light.

The house: A cosy, genuinely nice shared space. With leather sofas and French doors out to the garden, so it never feels like a typical student let. The shared bathroom is modern and tiled.

For music-lovers: There's a guitar, record player and digital piano set up in the house that you're welcome to use whenever I'm not, ideal if you're studying music or vocals and want somewhere to practise outside of uni hours.

Location: Rastrick/Brighouse, with a direct rail line into Leeds (roughly 20–25 mins), so it's a straightforward, cheaper-than-city-centre commute for Leeds-based students.
