I have my 3 year old 50% share weekly and every other weekend

My current housemate has become a very good friend, we have got on so well,
and gone to the gym, and meals out together, she is also really sweet and kind with my 3 year old.

I need to keep my boy safe, and happy, so looking for someone that likes children too, but 50% of the time he is with my ex, and the rest of the time I am next door at my boyfriends.
