Beautiful spacious home in rural surroundings

I am looking for a lodger to share my lovely home in the centre of Rishworth. It has exposed beams, stone floors and original fireplaces.
It is just 10 minutes drive from junction 22 of M62 and on a bus route into Sowerby Bridge and Halifax. It is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Ripponden where there are shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities. There is off road parking in a gated drive.
I work full-time, going out to work approximately 3 days/week and working from home the other two. I am out and about at weekends.
My house is a beautiful old property with lots of character. There is a large kitchen, a lounge with a multifuel stove and mullioned windows. There is a garden and an enclosed courtyard at the back with views over the fields.
Your room would be a large double room (3.8m × 3.6m) with a new bed and mattress, fitted wardrobes and cupboards, a desk/dressing table and a window seat. There is a bathroom adjacent which is used only occasionally by my guests.
