**Room:** Spacious, fully furnished bedroom with a single bed and room for a double bed if preferred.
**Bedding and linen:** To be provided by the lodger.
**Bathroom:** Shared with one other mature female householder. Plus guest WC on ground floor
**Parking:** On-street parking available. Private driveway parking with access to home EV charging may be available at an additional cost, by separate negotiation.

**About the Household**

You will be sharing with a married couple and a 77-year-old female householder. We also have a shy resident cat, so you must be comfortable living with cats. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional pets.

We are looking for one considerate, tidy and respectful lodger who appreciates a peaceful, quiet home environment and values everyone's privacy.

**House Rules**

- Single occupancy only.
- Non-smokers only.
- No additional pets.
- No overnight guests. Occasional daytime visitors by prior arrangement.
- Mutual respect for shared spaces, privacy and household routines.
