Double and a single available in lovely Scholes!

Hi there, my partner Kyle & I are looking for some housemates to share our lovely large bungalow with. We have a cocker spaniel living with us who’s so much fun and loves her walks, and two elderly cats who don’t do very much anymore! We enjoy going out with friends, cooking, socialising and meeting new people. We both work from home most of the time. We have a large sun drenched garden with decking and outdoor seating area that we have BBQ’s and a beer in often. There’s a lovely pub called the Bigfers opposite our house serving good beers and food, lots of country walks and not far to drive to Leeds or York as we’re just off the A64, if you’re looking for a countryside retreat but still in the city, get in touch! Both the rooms available include bills and council tax and have shared facilities although we have our own en-suite room. Modern bathroom and kitchen and separate toilet sink waiting around if someone is using the main bathroom! Also have parking on our drive if required!
