Hi there i have a double room available in a shared house on the ground floor ,in my 3 bedroom detached house no on suite but the ground floor bedroom has a downstairs WC oposite the bedroom. The House has had a full refurbishment recently finished with open plan kitchen and living room, the house itself is situated in one of the most sought after areas in Leeds on the outskirts of Shadwell village only a stones throw from Roundhay Park and street lane with all restaurants and bars located nearby also with great motor way access.
