Recently decorated, the house is shared with me, the live in landlady. I go into the office Mon-Fri, so I am open to tenants working a few days at home in the home office space.
Shared living room, dining room and kitchen. The house also has a guest bedroom that can be used for your guests with advanced notice and agreement.
No TV, although there is a TV licence and you can have your own in the bedroom.
The house is still being redecorated and improved, so rent is lower to reflect the ongoing work.
Parking is available on Gratrix Lane when the local road gets busy. Shops a short walk away in Sowerby Bridge. Local area quiet, but easy to get to train station (15mins), bus stops (10mins), or M62 motorway via Rippondon.
