Self Contained Annexe to Country House Rural

To let is our lovely self contained annexe. It is a former holiday let so has some furniture left. It is compact and comprises of kitchen/lounge, 1 bedroom, bathroom, porch. Exposed beams and nice features (built in 1800s but obviously modernised and insulated). Outside is large - cobbled courtyard, gravel area, grassed area, modern flagged patio with great views, 1 allocated parking space right outside. Lots of wildlife including deer/ducks outside the window, would suit a countryside lover who wants peace and quiet. 1 resident sheep and 3 horses!

Is rural but close to a bus stop which goes directly to Huddersfield centre.

We live next door so it’s absolutely essential that we get a quiet working professional/student who we will get along with. There are no other close neighbours except us so you have plenty of privacy. References are required.

Most bills are included in the price (to be discussed), gardener, window cleaner, super fast WiFi, Sky TV etc are all provided for you although you are welcome to do some gardening yourself if you are green fingered!

We are easy going and have had some fabulous lodgers in the past who have become lifelong friends.

This is rarely available.

On border of Halifax and Huddersfield, 2 miles from M62 so although in countryside it’s great for commuting.

Flexible - long or short let, weekdays or the full week.
