Room to Rent

Hello,
I am looking to rent my spare room out to a single working professional or similar, aged 28-35, to either a male or female. I pride myself on living in an exceptionally clean and tidy home, so this is paramount for those considering, to be of an extremely clean and tidy nature also.

I work at home, so may not be ideal for another person to work at home although willing to discuss arrangements regarding this. I am a gay straight acting male and am very easy going, I just ask that you respect my home and keep it clean and tidy :) I also look after a family dog on occasion (he’s a sprocker who’s ever so loving) so must be okay with pets! Looking for like minded individuals to share my home with.

I am located at the bottom of town which is a 5 minute walk from Wakefield Westgate station/town centre and in a commutable distance to the M1 motorway (approx 5 mins also). Across the road is The Gym Group and other local convenience stores in minutes walking distance. Thank you.
