Looking for a nice, respectful and respectable working person to rent the room. You must be a polite, considerate, tidy and pleasant individual, in order to fit in well with the other lovely friendly housemates.

Room is furnished ready to move into, and house has shared bathroom and kitchen facilities, along with a garden and parking. Room furniture is provided, bedding too if desired.

Bedroom size is 3m x 3.5m and has been freshly repainted, also has brand new unused double mattress. The bathroom upstairs is shared with just one other person.

The house is on a main bus route, not far out of Wakefield city centre. Street is on a bus route, close to local amenities, nearby Morrisons and McDonalds.

Prospective tenants must be able to provide references, ID, and proof of income, hence, working tenants only. References, identification, and background checks will be made, to ensure affordability and reliability.

Smokers are welcome on the condition they smoke outside in the garden.
