Parking is available, and the property is conveniently located around a 6-minute drive from Wakefield Westgate Station, making it well placed for commuting into Leeds and surrounding areas.

I’ll be living at the property as a live in landlord and I also work from home, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with that. I’m equally happy for you to work from home too — the main thing is that we’re both respectful of each other’s space and working hours.

I’m ideally looking for someone aged 25–35 who is clean, respectful, considerate and easy to get along with. I’d like the house to remain a relaxed, friendly and comfortable place to live, so it would suit someone looking for a proper home environment rather than simply somewhere to sleep.
