This is on a floor with one other making up part of a large, light, airy house on 4 floors with plenty of bathrooms and a shared laundry. It has an ariel point in the bedroom, virgin wireless broadband, constant hot water and a garden. The house is clean, warm, well-furnished and provides everything except for your own bedding and towels. The rent of £650pcm includes the bills, a cleaner of the shared areas and Virgin business 350mb broadband package on a mesh system. This is a no smoking house but smokers are very welcome to use the back garden or the smoking shelter. There is plenty of on street parking available. Please note that the room is unsuitable for dogs and cats but we are happy to consider other pets. Applicants must be able to provide full references.
