Suit mature person, studio with own kitchen

Run by an experienced Mother and Daughter team this is a lovely, large bed/sitting room with its own kitchen and sharing a bathroom with just one other person. It is for single occupation only, I’m sorry but we do not take couples and this is not en-suite.
The house is 10 minutes walking distance of Wakefield city centre at WF2 0AA (although you might want to use WF2 0EE as our postcode doesn’t work on all devices)
A very spacious room being approximately 22 sq. m, fully furnished with plenty of storage, its own sitting area and own kitchen.
This is on a floor with one other making up part of a large, light, airy house on 4 floors with plenty of bathrooms and a shared laundry. It has an ariel point in the bedroom, virgin wireless broadband, constant hot water and a garden. The house is clean, warm, well-furnished and provides everything except for your own bedding and towels. The rent of £640pcm includes the bills, a cleaner of the shared areas and Virgin business 350mb broadband package on a mesh system. This is a no smoking house but smokers are very welcome to use the back garden or the smoking shelter. There is plenty of free on street parking available. Please note that the room is unsuitable for dogs and cats but we are happy to consider other pets. Applicants must be able to provide full references.
