Amazing master bedroom – All bills included in a well-sought-after quiet cul-de-sac.

Hi there. I am a 47-year-old professional living in the property, and I am looking for someone to take the master bedroom. It is a three-bedroom house, but to keep things comfortable and spacious, I am only letting out this one room, so you will have plenty of space to yourself.

A little bit about me. I am a relaxed professional who enjoys the simple things in life. When I am not working, I love socialising, heading out for a hike, and generally having fun.

The house itself is lovely and has everything you would need. Your master bedroom is complete with fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a large double bed, and bedside tables. We will be sharing the large extended kitchen, which features a breakfast bar, the large living room, dining room, and the bathroom that has both a bath and separate shower. There is also a secluded and private garden with a patio area, complete with garden tables and chairs. It is perfect for relaxing outside and enjoying the hot summer weather.

There is parking available on the driveway. The house also boasts excellent access to both the M1 and M62 motorways, making it a great spot if you need to commute. Public transport is well covered too. There are regular bus routes into Leeds city centre, and the house is within walking distance of Woodlesford train station, which is just one stop away from the city centre.
