Room to rent in spacious 3 bed house. I am currently in the process of furnishing the room. However, it will be fully furnished for by the time you arrive, complete with king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamps. Large rear garden, you're more than welcome to utilise. On street parking to the front of the house. Recently moved in to the area from Portsmouth and looking for a quiet housemate.

Would Prefer a monthly rolling contract, that works for both of us. Preferably looking for a tenant on short term basis (up to 6 months) .

About me: I'm pretty quiet and easy going. Apart from working, I usually go for Walks/Gym/Swim on weekday evenings and home at weekends.
