Lovely double bedroom with annex/sitting room

I am looking for a lodger to come and share my lovely old farmhouse in the village of Bourton, nr Shrivenham and Watchfield. You’d be sharing with me and an existing lodger.

The large double room has a lovely garden view from the large window and comes furnished with king size bed, two pine wardrobes and huge set of drawers. The room also has a fantastic apex roof annex which can be used as either an office or private sitting room. The annex currently has a 2 seater sofa plus large wooden desk. There is a velux window in the annex.

Bathroom is the main family bathroom, but you would have pretty much sole use of this unless I have visitors (not that often!).

We have a large farmhouse kitchen and sitting room (with cafe area). We also have lovely gardens around the house.

I have three cats who live in the house, but who rarely go upstairs. I also have a small flock of bantam hens and two sheep.

The nearest bus stop (S6, Swindon - Oxford) is about 1 km away. Local shops and pubs, plus Indian and Chinese take-away in Shrivenham, just a couple of mins in a car.
