Older, professional, family home owner with room to spare, in (mostly) empty nest. Hoping to find someone kind who needs a base for a few days a week, minds their own business but open to chat, loves dogs (even small ones who can bark and pine for their owner) - and who is happy to look after said dog overnight on occasions owner has to travel.
Rent / room offered on this basis. Student or professional.
It’s a single room with a small desk area. Half length hanging space. Rent Inc bills and basic essentials.
Sole use of family bathroom (bath/ shower) except uni holidays / visitors.
Owner mostly WFH with private office. Off road parking for small car. Easy walk to bus stops and village centre.
Privacy and respectful tidiness expected. Prefer female but open to consider decent and honest alternatives.
