Only just finishing the renovating this annex, it has a brand new bathroom and kitchen. All bills included. This is a must see!

Located in beautiful Broad Chalke which is a 20 minute drive from the centre of Salisbury. Situated in the stunning Chalke Valley with wonderful walking right from the house.

The village of Broad Chalke has a well renowned Pub, a village shop and cafe, a surgery, a primary school, a village hall and a welcoming community.

I am happy to consider well behaved pets within reason.

The annex has a separate entrance and with access to the garden.

The bedroom is large and has bi-fold doors. Furniture will include a double bed, sofa, a wardrobe and a chest of draws. Furniture can be negotiated.

The kitchen has a sink, fridge, cooker, kitchen units and space for a washing machine.

Unfortunately I do not have any photos yet because I am still in the process of finishing the renovation.
