We’re offering space in our detached farmhouse between Westbury, Warminster and Frome with easy access to Bath and Salisbury. It’s a semi-rural location so not within close proximity of a bus stop or train station (less than 10 minute drive to Westbury train station, which has access from London to Wales) so vehicular access is recommended.

The room is furnished with a king size bed with side tables, wardrobe, drawers and a desk and the room does come with a TV mounted on the wall. There is adequate downstairs space inc a lounge, large dining room and breakfast room. There’s a full utility room with extra fridge and freezer space, 2 x washing machines, and a dryer and there’s a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Aga and modern cooking appliances (including a quick cooking air frier) and all the cutlery, pots and pans, etc.

All bills included from wifi and TV licence to council tax, etc.

Along with the road access offering connections to local towns and Bath, there is a footpath to the side of the property that takes you either into the a 100+ acre woodland walk or up to Chapmanslade onto the doorstep of the Three Horseshoes pub. It carries onto Dilton Marsh and Westbury in the opposite direction.

There is decent broadband and wifi-repeaters throughout the house with ample private parking on the property.

There are gardens to front, side and rear with a BBQ and in the summertime an above ground pool put up.

The property is conveniently placed between Warminster, Westbury and Frome, so it’s easy to drop into any of the towns within minutes in a car.
