Hi there,

I have available an exceptionally large ensuite room, with king sized bed, built in wardrobes and drawers, and juliette balcony, in my lovely and spacious home in Pewsham.

Pewsham is a peaceful and green estate, well equipped with a Tesco local, doctor surgery, Chinese takeaway, pharmacy and pub, as well as meadows, cycle tracks and canal walks all within easy walking distance of the house.

Chippenham train station, which is on the mainline to London, Bath, Bristol and beyond, is walkable within 25 minutes or a 7 minute drive.

The following rooms are part of the package to help you feel at home:

+ The main bedroom and ensuite
+ A small office space leading in to the main bedroom
+ Private living room, with sofa, TV and French doors to garden (note: access through your living room is needed to access kitchen, we can swap living rooms if this is an issue)
+ The driveway for parking
+ Shared use of the large kitchen + dining room
+ Shared enjoyment of the large garden and patio, and side storage off the summer house - great if you have a bike.
+ Shared appliances are dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge freezer with ice machine (glad I invested in that given this weather...), and all the usual bits
+ Water Softener - trust me, you'll be glad of this in a hard water area!

I'm a very friendly, respectful, and easy-to-get-along-with live-in landlord. I am a working professional (engineering consultant/researcher) who really doesn't need all the space this house currently offers! I get along with everyone but I'm fairly quiet and happy to give you the space you need, I work and travel a lot (my family are up north) so you will often have the place to yourself.

I generally look after a dog (Teddy the Golden Retriever) here for roughly 1 week in the month.
