Quiet Cosy Cottage In Chippenham

I have a bright, double size room to offer in a very quiet cosy cottage on the outskirts of Chippenham.

The room is currently being furnished.
There is a single bed (to give more free space) and it will have a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Bedside table, a desk and chair and some free space still available.
Wifi is good, even though not central Chippenham, with no connection issues, so may suit WFH.

Private off street parking for a car or van.

Train station is 1.6 miles away, so a 25 min walk.
Quick access to A350 / M4 J17.

Household:

The house is a listed cottage, very quiet and cosy,
There is an open fire in a large lounge with modern Tv and Sky.

I am very happy to share the lounge space with whoever takes the room.

The bathroom has only just been fitted, it has a large bath and enclosed screen shower.
(Please note due to the quirks of being a cottage, the bathroom has sloping ceilings and the shower may not suit very tall people!)
The bathroom will be shared.

The kitchen is large with cooking facilities including, microwave, air fryers and electric oven & hob.
Fridge/freezer & Dishwasher.
Kitchen dining table and chairs.
There is plenty of free cupboard space.

There is a washing machine for shared use.

No gender preference.

I will be a full time live in landlord.
I am a professional, and spend daytimes away from the property from 7am until 5.30pm.

I am a quiet, sociable person who loves music and tends to relax with music or tv.
