£450 Quiet, tidy and south-facing garden

Hello,

I’m renting out a double bedroom in my home for £450 per month.

Bills and Wi-Fi included (reasonable use). Also includes things like hand soap, washing up liquid, toilet roll and persil/lenor. Full use of living room and garden. I clean the bathroom and kitchen at least once a day. Other communal areas are cleaned bi-weekly by me.

Heating set to a comfortable 21-22°C in winter.

Parking space included. Suitable for a small car or there is parking at front for a bigger car/van.

My home offers a welcoming, quiet and relaxed environment, and I’m looking for someone respectful and tidy to share it with.

I work in education. The other person living here is a solicitor, so we are both DBS checked.

All bedrooms have locks on them, so you would be able to lock your room if you wish.

CCTV is on the outside of the house. The area is very safe and friendly. Beautiful view of the field from the living room.

We go walking almost every evening. You would be welcome to join. We would be happy to give you a tour of Cricklade.

You don't have to, but if you wanted to pay towards the food shop, I'd be happy to include a meal for you as well when I cook dinner.

You would have the house to yourself at least one weekend every month.
