Shared fridge and freezer in kitchen, own cupboard space, cooker and, washing machine. The house has Broadband, drive parking, and private garden.

House mate will be professional and in full time employment. You will need to provide references (professional and personal), but this can all be discussed.

A security deposit will need to be provided, which will be stored securely and returned upon your departure. Bills included are Council Tax, Electricity, Gas and Water and Broadband.
