Large double bedroom, furnished.

What’s required:
Single occupancy.
Older professional female preferred, in full or part time employment.
Would suit someone working locally / hybrid / remote working.
Minimum 1yr commitment.
No pets (small friendly dog in residence).

Cost:
No charge for accommodation in exchange for light housekeeping / meal preparation / companionship for independent 93yr old gentleman.
Expected commitment 1.5-2hrs per day spread over the week (flexible).
