Single Room in Family Home near Dyson

Furnished single bedroom to rent, roughly 3.5m x 2.5m, on the first floor. Starting January 2026 a larger bedroom on the ground floor is also available.

Rent is payable monthly in advance. Broadband, TV licence, Council Tax, gas and electricity are included.

We need to see photo ID before rental starts. At the end of the rental, we need one month's advance notice.

The kitchen, kitchen equipment and washing machine are available to use as long as everything is left clean.
Lodgers provide their own bed linen (sheets, duvet etc). There are 2 shared bathrooms on the first floor.

The house is in a quiet street, shared with the owners, 1 other lodger and a small dog. Lodgers must not cause disturbance to residents or neighbours. Free on-street car parking is available nearby.
