Single room in family home near Dyson

2 furnished single bedrooms:
at £500 per month, roughly 4m x 2.5m, ground floor.
at £450 per month, roughly 3m x 2.5m, first floor.

Rent is payable monthly in advance. Broadband, Council Tax, gas and electricity are included.

We need to see photo ID before rental starts. At the end of the rental, we need one month's advance notice.

The kitchen, kitchen equipment and clothes washing machine are available to use as long as everything is left clean.
Lodgers provide their own bed linen (sheets, duvet etc). There are 2 shared bathrooms on the first floor.

The house is in a quiet street, shared with the owners, another lodger and a small dog. Lodgers must not cause disturbance to residents or neighbours. On-street car parking is available nearby.
