You will have your own parking space on the front drive, and there is a car park around the back.

Town center is <10 minute walk.

There is a park just out the back.

A modern kitchen, pet and smoke free. You can smoke in the fairy large garden.

I am 36, single male and fairly laid back. Your kids, partner, family, friends etc are welcome to visit you.

I have my kids every other week, for 7 days. (Son 13 & daughter is 9).

I work between 7-5pm. I am often out in the evening, gym, socializing, meals etc. Sometimes I am away for the week or weekend.
